I am deeply grateful and joyful in my heart to welcome you to the Sacred Sensitivity Intensive Program.

This welcome pack contains tips and suggestions and all the information you need to discover, grow, flourish and own your power as a sensitive in this program. It is here to offer you a cosy container so you can enjoy, connect and be held in the sacred space of Sacred Sensitivity.
It can also can be found in your course portal on my website.
We will update you with any new information in the days prior to the course. The zoom link for our online meetings will be sent out two days prior to the first class.

Types of Classes
We will have three types of classes in this program:
- Wisdom training classes where Myree shares knowledge, concepts and guidance, leads you in inner works for personal discovery, answers questions and sometimes offers some live coaching. These classes are dedicated to training and learning. There will be six training classes. They will be a minimum of two hours. Myree occasionally goes over time to answer questions if needed.
- Coaching Classes are loving spaces for Myree to offer coaching to both individuals and to the group as a whole. We learn, connect and deepen so much when we explore what our edges, stuck places and uncertainties are, together. This is where we really dive into what makes sensitivity sacred in our lives. Their will be three of these classes and they will be 1.5 hours.
- Healing Classes are opportunities for you heal deeply and to experience Myree’s power as a healer and healer in community spaces. In these classes she will guide you through two group healing events where you will have the opportunity to heal both past life and ancestral pain that has been causing suffering, difficulties or holding you back as a sensitive. There will be two healing classes and they will be 75 minutes.
Dates
The course begins on Saturday, September 19 at 8.30am Australian EST (and Friday September 18, USA/UK time).
The six wisdom training classes run weekly from September 19 until the last class October 24.
Weekly wisdom training classes will held begin at these times internationally:
- USA PST 3.30pm Fridays
- USA EST 6.30pm, Fridays
- UK 11.30pm Fridays
- EU 12.30am EU, Saturdays
Australia: 8.30am Australian EST Saturdays.
Coaching calls will be on alternate Fridays AU (Thursdays USA/UK) starting September 25 AU.
The time will vary depending on the diversity of where people are participating in the world, to make it possible for everyone to have a chance to attend live coaching. Coaching class times will be announced prior to the beginning of the program. It is likely that two classes will be at the usual class time as shown above and one may be later in the day to support people in the EU and UK (TBC) to attend live. This will be confirmed at the start of the program.
Healing Classes
Healing classes will also be on Friday mornings, at 8.30am AU EST, (Thursdays USA UK) at the same time of day as training calls. See above training call listing. Healing classes will alternate weeks with the coaching calls.
The first Friday class will be coaching on September 25 AU, then we will have a healing class the following week and then coaching and so on.
The first coaching class will begin on September 25 AU EST (September 24 USA and UK).
All classes will be recorded and available in the course pod if you cannot attend live.
Please note that on October 4 Australia moves to summer time, making all international class start times one hour earlier (which will be a relief to EU and UK folks). Australians will remain at 8.30am AU EST.
Please adjust to your respective time zone. I like using the time zone converter website to find the exact time wherever I am around the world.
Please arrive least 5-10 minutes early to prepare yourself for deep dive in each class. You are a sesntive being so allow a little time so centre, rest and come into a being state to receive. Your sensitive nature will love you for it.
The waiting room will be enabled on zoom and the class will begin when Myree arrives as host.
Our Online Platform
We will meet on zoom online platform.
The zoom link will be sent out to you two days prior to the event.
Please look out for an email from Myree and add her email address to your contacts so you do not miss any communication.
How To Prepare
Prior to the course take some time to contemplate what sensitivity means to you, what you love about it and what is perplexing. Your insights will be valuable both for you and all on the course.
Please bring also a pen and notebook to each class. Please also bring a light shawl or covering, if you have one on hand, for resting during meditation if this is something that is enjoyable for you.
You may like to have a dedicated journal for this class to keep and return to your discoveries, or simply add them into an existing journal.
Create a Sensitivity Altar
You may enjoy creating an altar for honoring your sensitivity and the fact that it is an expression of your soul. It is thus, sacred. The altar can be as simple as a candle, or candle and a flower or add to it whatever inspires you for your home: crystals, images, nature objects, feathers, sacred items, etc. You can add words, dreams or intentions you have for your sensitivity on the altar too.
You can also simply light a candle on your existing altar with a prayer to honour your sensitivity.
Class Breaks:
The wisdom classes may have a short three-five minute rest break, but not always. The coaching class and healing classes are shorter and are unlikely to have formal breaks. The class will be loving and spacious, feel free to rest as needed.
Have on hand fresh water and herbal tea to enjoy during the class.
Creative play between classes
Myree may assign you creative exploring tasks to complete between classes. This may include journaling, meditations or inner work.
You are encouraged to use the resources she will offer to come to clarity about who you are as a sensitive, the self care you need to flourish and to be open to the visions and insights that may emerge for you about leading form your sensitivity in the world.
The Class Recording
The recordings will be available in your course pod to return to at any time. It will take a couple of days for each class to be uploaded and will be there for your enjoyment and learning ongoing.
Switch Off Other Electronic Devices For a Deep Dive with Sensitivity
You are entering a sacred discovery space, communing and exploring your sensitive nature, your gifts and who you are. You are invited to take a break and switch off your devices, put away social media and really allow yourself to dive deep. Dedicate your undivided attention to yourself and your empowering your self. Make a commitment to be with your own deepest nature as it emerges, and enjoy community.
Our world demands so much from us, and all the time. Take rich and nourishing time out.
This is the opportunity and the invitation if you wish to dive deep.
Our sensitivity is so often over-burdened, so let these classes be mini-retreats.

Yoga Challenge to Empower Sensitivity:
We will have a bonus yogic challenge for anyone seeking to heal, strengthen and build auric protection and empowerment. This challenge will give you power at so many levels as a sensitive and is important for empaths in particular.

Then we alternative with a healing class the following week, and back to a coaching class and so on.

For the small number of European students I am going to add in an extra one hour coaching call just for you, at a reasonable time on Friday, October 9 at 8am. This is a bonus as most students align with the normal wee hours time EU time. This is an opportunity for you to meet and receive your own individual coaching. If needed this call can run an extra 15 minutes.

Your Sensitivity Self-Care Kit
Do you long for some resources to support you when your sensitivity is most heightened? Something that could soothe the energetic frazzle, create some definition to your auric boundaries, and calm you through the overwhelm?
Let’s be honest, awakening makes us enormously sensitive as we progress through profound change and our energetic resources are diverted into transformational tasks. Thus, our available life force weakens, making us more energetically vulnerable to those around us, our environments, and energetic interference. Having some tools on hand can make the world of difference, it certainly did for me.
For many years I have been sharing this little kit of support and tricks with my clients and friends and now I am gifting it to you. I hope it may support you over the holiday season to come.
Here are some of my favourite resources for sensitivity and overwhelm:
The Flower Essence Family:
Flower essences help create new energetic, emotional, and psychological patterns so we, and our systems, can respond differently to our internal and external circumstances. They can also provide immediate relief in certain circumstances, especially stress, trauma, shock and periods of great energetic change.
The Flower Essence Society of California:
Yarrow:
Positive qualities: Luminous and strong auric field, compassionate and inclusive sensitivity, refined and flexible psychic forces
Patterns of imbalance: Extreme vulnerability to others and to the environment; easily depleted, overly absorbent of negative influences, psychic toxicity
Pink Yarrow:
Positive qualities: Loving awareness of others within a field of self-contained consciousness; appropriate emotional boundaries
Patterns of imbalance: Unbalanced sympathetic forces, overly absorbent auric field, lack of emotional clarity, dysfunctional merging with others
Golden Yarrow:
Positive qualities: Remaining open to others while staying self-contained; active social involvement which preserves inner equilibrium
Patterns of imbalance: Over-sensitivity to one’s social surroundings, resulting in social isolation, or a false social persona; dependence on drugs for protection or social masking
Garlic:
Positive qualities: Resilient and vital response to life, active resistance to adverse influences
Patterns of imbalance: Fearful or weak due to parasitic influence, prone to low vitality; mediumistic
Walnut:
Positive qualities: Freedom from limiting influences, making healthy transitions in life, inner strength to follow one’s own path and destiny
Patterns of imbalance: Overly influenced by the social expectations or values of family or community, past experiences or beliefs that inhibit the soul’s evolution
Pink Monkeyflower:
Positive qualities: Emotional transparency; courage to take emotional risks with others
Patterns of imbalance: Feelings of shame, guilt, or unworthiness; fear of exposure and rejection due to prior abuse or trauma
Angelica:
Positive qualities: Feeling protection and guidance from spiritual beings, especially during threshold experiences such as birth and death, or other life passages
Patterns of imbalance: Feeling cut off, bereft of spiritual guidance and protection; spiritual orphan

The most affordable place to purchase them is usually vitacost and iHerb websites as they offer free or inexpensive shipping options. I have no affiliation with either.
If I was to choose one essence it would be yarrow, followed by pink and golden yarrow. These days yarrow is the only one I keep on hand, my sensitivity having settled and stabilized.
These are also great for sensitive children.
You can mix a selection of drops of each essence in a glass of water, a small dose bottle or use as directed.
Advanced Alchemy For Boundaries:
If boundaries are something you struggle with then the wonderful Australian company Advanced Alchemy makes a wonderful blend using bark, flowers, and seeds, called “Boundaries to support”
Effective boundaries- helps one decide one’s priorities and use of time without being overcome by the pressures and expectations from other people. This essence helps a person define their personal space and Boundaries.
Australian Bush Flowers:
Australian Bush Flowers have a wonderful space clearing mist which really does a great job of clearing both your aura and your environment. Their emergency essence is wonderful in times of stress, shock, and fear to create a quick shift, soothe and clear. Both were in my kit for years. I still love their travel essence and pop it in a little mister to spray through my aura and on my face when travelling.
Australian Bush flowers also has a beautiful healing essence called Pink Mulla Mulla which works on deep, ancient, spiritual wounds which many of us sensitive folks carry from many lifetimes. Use with care, it is a deep and loving healer.
Perelandra and Machelle Small Wright:
Perelandra make amazing essences for energetic and spiritual transformation. Machelle Small Wright developed her Rose Essences especially for her own rapid spiritual expansion and the pressures it placed on both her body and subtle bodies. She found her body was continually going out of physical and energetic alignment causing difficult symptoms and these essences helped keep her aligned and allowed change and evolution to flow with more ease. These were an absolute go to for me during the times of fast progression of Kundalini shifts. Her ETS plus for humans solution is wonderful to trauma and stress. There is a great one for your pets also.
Essential Oils:
For many years I wore the essential oil White Angelica by Young Living for protection when I was vulnerable. It was my daily perfume. Balance and clary-calm by Doterra are wonderful to calm and stability.
Currently I only wear a natural balm made of oils and Palo Santo when I go to bed, mostly for the sheer pleasure of the scent and the subtle protection.
Homeopathic:
A good homeopath (who understands sensitivity) may also be able to recommend a homeopathic that can support your constitution and strengthen your resilience. My constitutional remedy was one of the most psychic that exists. I was so sensitive at the time I could barely tolerate it, but gradually after starting slow and gentle, it did antidote issues that were creating extreme sensitivity and psychic pain.
Tissue Salts:
If you are in Australia, Schuessler’s Tissue Salts are wonderful and easy healing tools for the nervous system. Particularly the Nerve Nutrient Kali Phos and the Nerve Tonic comb 5. I returned to these during the intensity of caring for my mother recently. They were the bomb. The naturopath suggested dissolving them in my water bottle and sipping all day which Rea;y worked wonders. Check with the staff in the health food store for the best tissues salts for your situation.
And finally the beloved Aurasoma:
An oldie but a goodie. In my travel kit I still carry with me the remedy for shock – Pocket rescue #89, and their Pocket Rescue Etheric #26, and love wafting them through my aura when vulnerable or have jet lag. I feel my chakras absorbing their medicine immediately. It can be beautiful to have a friend or partner apply them through your aura also, especially when feeling weak and fatigued. I would lie on the earth and my dear friend Kay would apply them to my aura, heavenly relief.
EMF and Electrical Sensitivity:
There are many tools for electrical and emf sensitivity and I recommend finding resources that suit you.
Heart Meditation:
And the most powerful active agent to transform the aura and build unbeatable strength that I have found is the kundalini yoga meditation & Meditation for heart projection and protection. Stay tuned for a video to guide you through that gem.
Once I started doing this everyday my sensitivity and empathic vulnerability completely transformed. I did it everyday for a year to deeply install it. My aura is now strong and resilient and I only need these tools generally in times of stress or travel.
Nature Medicine:
And finally, the biggest gift to our sensitivity is healing time in nature, to discharge energy, receive healing, uplift on the high vibrations and purity of nature, and vibrate as we really are. For me nature was for many years a precious relief from the pain body of humans that I was so acutely aware of.
The right tools:
The right sensitivity tools can be a life and sanity saver, support and enhance our wellbeing during times of vulnerability, can transform our immediate experience and refresh perspective in an instant. It is also important to explore and identify what is contributing to your sensitivity so you can start to also any other address root causes. These may be belief systems, fears, conditioning, and trauma as well as awakening processes.
Your sensitivity is a precious gift, may it be nourished and radiant.
